About Me
Making impactful changes in others’ lives is why I chose dentistry. Besides bringing healthy smiles, my biggest joy is being able to connect with you on a personal level. Education and Continuing Education
I attended University of California, San Francisco for my DDS and subsequently pursued a 1-year residency at Highland Hospital, Oakland in advancing my education. My training has given me the privilege of serving a medically diverse community with complex needs and those with special needs. This has given me the foundation in providing comprehensive dental care and having the sensitivity in serving those with special needs in the dental clinic and operating room settings. In continuing my education, I proactively attend courses and seminars through the Academy of General Dentists (AGD), am a Spear Education dental provider, and am a member of the American Association of Endodontists. I enjoy spending my spare time researching and becoming literate in best evidence-based practices.
Family and Community
I am originally from Los Angeles, California and now reside in East Bay with my wife, Karen, and our 2 little ones, Miles and Leia. Karen and I enjoy exploring our local wildernesses, hosting barbeques, aquascaping (me), and taking Miles and Leia on little adventures.
